WESBANK NOT PROFESSIONAL
I am having a Shortfall cover with Wesbank,after my vehicle was written off ,my insurance paid x amount of money as per the trade value agreement, then when Wesbank was suppose to pay the as per shortfall agreement tis not paying instead they"re debited from my account saying the matter will solved in 5 to 7 days,but still after 10 working there's nothing, now when I call to inquire about these matter they 're sending me from operator to another.THEIR DELAYING PROCESS IS HOLDING MY PLANS,THESE IS FRUSTRATING.
