Wesbank - not loyal to loyal customers

Good day, I have banked with FNB for many years and had approximately 6+ vehicles financed through Wesbank. I have never defaulted on any of my repayments. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, Wesbank seems to just be putting the rate up with each new deal. Wesbank, is this how do you treat loyal customers?
