WESBANK NOT IN CONTROL OF THEIR OWN PROBLEMS???????Will Never finane another vehicle through them

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Our company vehicle was hijacked on the 23rd of September 2021. During the month of October we tried to locate our original Natis documents from Wesbank as this vehicle had no outstanding balance. After following up, we were told that the original documents got lost in the mail and eventually we received it. We then proceed to our local Post Office to de-register the ****** vehicle, upon which we were told that the Proxy on the original documents does not correspond to the proxy on the Post Office System. I then tried to contact Wesbank and was told that if I can pay R380 Wesbank can help to fasten this process.\ On the 3rd of November everything was sent back to Wesbank (dereg@wesbank) as well as to services@wesbank. Numerous times I've followed up with no success. Eventually I got hold of Lesedi Maleka to whom everything was sent again.

We are unable to claim from our insurance because of the delays with this.

Today is the 25th of November with still no reply or answer from Wesbank.\

How is it possible for an institution like WESBANK to not be aware of these problems.????

Please help us.
