Wesbank- Non Responsive

I have been approved to buy a vehicle from a private Seller. All the required documents were submitted to Wesbank, however there is no response since last week. The follow ups have yield positive results. Its seems like there is no one willing to finalize or provide progress on this transaction. There is no allocated personnel to direct queries, who we can communicate with back and forth.
