Wesbank - no service

I paid for my duplicate registration papers for my car on the 10th of May ( and went to get the Natis document from the traffic department). Resent email of proof of payment etc again on the 16th of May. Followed this up with phone calls so Wesbank could request the papers. Called again today and no one to date has bothered to load anything so now I am again waiting...... I asked for a manager to find out what's going on only to be told that they would get back to me in 48 hours. ( I have now been waiting for the duplicate registration papers for 20days)

Not acceptable service !
