Wesbank no go

I bought a vehicle through Wesbank. Feb 2018 i traded it in and closed my account with them. Wesbank continued debiting my account even after it has been settled. I have tried numerous times to get a refund from them and every time there is a different excuse. I am very glad my new vehicle is financed with MFC and not Wesbank. Still i am waiting for a refund
