Wesbank No Customer Service
I have tried the portal and have tried calling Wesbank for 2 days and they doing maintainence.I have email as well and still no repsonse.I am waiting for a refund as well as a dipute on amounts.Please advise how do we get customer service ? How does a bank of this stature basically not have any form of communication with its customers?
