Wesbank - missing car papers
It has been 7 weeks since paying the settlement on my vehicle and i have still not received my vehicle papers. Sizwe Mghlanga of colserve ignores my mails, does not return calls and i have no way of selling the vehicle without these documents. Could someone who gives a damn please get in touch regarding this:acc no: ***
