Wesbank - Mercenaries

I have had the most unpleasant encounter with a Wesbank “Muscleman”. I am a month behind on my vehicle instalment, going on two. He was rude, arrogant, ill-mannered, nasty and “bordering” on violent. He said he was here to repossess my vehicle. His name is Greg and his number is *** in Durban, even though I said I have a payment arrangement with Wesbank. His in-your-face attitude was “We repossess 10000 (Ten thousand vehicles a month) and I want yours. Is this the type of personnel that Wesbank employs…Mercenaries and ****s? Is he not aware of the financial situation the people of this country are going through? Do they get paid by the number of vehicles they repossess? There comes a time when everyone faces financial hardships. Wesbank should be sympathetic, compassionate, understanding and a caring organization to the situation and they seem to be only interested in what's on the collection plate. I have had this vehicle for 4 years and in the final year they want to “re-possess” it. Seems like a **** after only 2 missed payments. I have dealt with many Financial institutions over the last 35 years and Wesbank is the worse. It’s vital that you employ the correct personnel to represent you. They are the frontline and face of Wesbank.
