WesBank Mentally Set Back
Wesbank recently approved me to buy a car and after 3 days of them having system errors and what not they declined me one of the reasons they give was because my license expired. My license only expires in 2023. I get paid twice in a month, thus on the pay slip for the 15th of the month I have UIF and on the last day of the month I also get a pay slip. now on both my UIF is R85.65 thus in a work month I pay R171.30 UIF and guess what WesBank also have a problem because on my pay slip I don't have R171.3 on there I have R85.65 but they can't make the calculation that 2 @ R85.65 is R171.30 and guess what the client has no way to make contact as to find out what's going on with the application.
So don't even waste your time trying to finance with them. They try so hard to find a reason not to finance you and then you have to have their enquiry on your credit profile for 1 full year. WesBank will only damage your credit score for no reason.
Definitely not worth a shot, please recommend a better finance team that will be able to assist, some bank with basic sense please.
