Wesbank: Many other suppliers of funds-STAY AWAY!!
For 2 years now I had a loan from Wesbank which was paid every single month by way of debit order. I decided to sell my car. Money was paid to Wesbank on 3 June 2015 and they promised that registration certificate and documents will be finalised within 10 days. Today 17 June i have not received a single piece of comms - not an e-mail, not an sms, no comms whatsoever to confirm that they working on it and will resolve or keep me up to date on status !! Like all the other **** suppliers of money - if you skip a payment the death penalty is the only option but when they need to perform you cannot complain about the service as there is no service!!! EMPTY PROMISES!!<br> All I can say is THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY BANKS BEGGING YOU TO LEND MONEY TO ACCEPT SUCH **** SERVICE - WESBANK WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!! NOT EVEN IF THEY THE ONLY BANK LEFT ON THE PLANET!!

We humbly apologise for the delays experienced however we should have clarified that it takes 10 working days for a payment has cleared and we therefore only process the NaTis request thereafter. The documents in question were sent via registered mail on 15 June 2015 with the tracking number ta***za and have been ready for collection since 17 June 20.
