Wesbank Judgement

<p>I made a payment of R8000 on the 25th May 2016 on my Wesbank vehicle account bringing my arrears of my Wesbank car instalment with an amount of about R6008.44. My plan was to settle the outstanding arrears by the 25th of June 2016 however when I tried to contact the bank for a statement as they did not provide me with May statement they informed me that an amount of R5,312.40 had been added. Which brought the arrears amount up to R11320.84. The lady (Phumzile Dlamini) that I had been in contact with later on informed me that a judgement had been granted and that the vehicle is to be seized. I don’t think this is fair practice as I have been paying for the vehicle for almost 3 years and I had planned to settle the arrears I would like assistance in working a payment plan with Wesbank and for my vehicle not to be seize as I fear that I might end up owing them even If they recover the vehicle, it will affect my credit record, chances of getting credit and the arrears amount is not so significant and i can make a plan to settle. Reason I fell behind with payment was struggling with my health and hospitalization which cost me a lot.</p>
