WesBank issues with Discovery Bank clients

Beware if you are a sole proprietor and happen to bank with Discovery Bank. WesBank will reject your bank statements, I'd imagine the same is true if you are also employed but are with Discovery Bank.

WesBank will insist on bank statements that have balances reflected by line-item like the more traditional banks do, but Discovery do not, and will reject your vehicle application because of this.

My wife has just been pulled in a thousand directions due to this, and this despite her not missing a single payment to WesBank for three or four car purchases, and being a current client.

So be warned if you are with Discovery Bank, WesBank seems to have a serious issue with them
