Wesbank is very unhelphul
I have purchased a vehicle using Wesbank finance ,never missed a payment and paid the car off in 55 months. In February I purchased another car using both my salary and my wife's salary as a joint income to qualify for the finance. Not a single payment missed once again.
Now my wife is retrenched so my income drops drastically and I cannot afford the installment so I contact wesbank for assistance, who instead of helping me refers me to prelegal at colsol. These guys offer to reduce the the repayment for 2 months which is fine but also want the entire 2 months outstanding balance at the end of the 2 months including penalties and I will have a bad credit record.
Brilliant guys, now we know why so many cars get repossessed. The bank will gladly take your money but not help when you ask for help.
Thank you for bringing your observations to our attention once again and affording us the opportunity to address this issue comprehensively.
