WesBank is useless

It has been to weeks since Discovery paid out my car to Wesbank. Still havent heard anything from them after I have called and they would have check on it and let me know.

My debit order for the car is also off and I dont even have a car, I also did let them know about the car being a right off , but still nothing and still deducated the payment.
