Wesbank is useless

I keep on getting SMS messages on my phone that my "request is being Processed" and that "my requested was dispatched". I contacted Wesbank as I did not request anything from them and I was worried this was *****, and they eventually told me that my contact number is on the profile for another customer and they would rectify it, BUT still I am getting these SMS messages. I mailed Wesbank several times and they are not acknowledging, responding or resolving this matter, absolutely unprofessional! Clearly they are not realising or dont care that they are in violation of the POPI Act. I would like someone to resolve this matter.
