Wesbank is useless

On 11th December 2017 app**** for graduate vehicle finance online. It was approved and I got a ref. Wbm ********** 3. Uploaded the docs and have since been sent from pillar to post on 12th December. Call centre ********** 010 was contacted 12 times as I was sent from private finance to dealer finance and none of the useless ladies could assist us. No one knew of the graduate finance. Disgrace as they lost a life long client..
