Wesbank is unfaie

I’m so disappointed at wesbank During lock down as my business was closed up I was in areas. I made an arrangement to pay R6000 in oder to catch up on the areas.I did made payment after that arrangement but unfortunately my business ddnt get back to how it was before the lock down.I called them but I ddnt get through I even left my name and numbers for them to get back to me but no one called me back.I wanted to make new arrangements of R4000.which is what I can afford.but no one called me back.Yesterday I called for more than 10 times then finally someone assisted me and informed me that because I missed one month installment I was on judgement.I begged them to not go through I can pay R4000 because for the past 5 years I was paid now 2 years is left they want to put me on take the car and put me on judgment. Please assist I can pay them R4000 and I won’t miss any month.
