WESBANK IS THE WORST FINANCE BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So after 32months of owning my vehicle, getting my credit score on a better place I'm still told by Wesbank vehicle finance consultants that my interest rate cannot be reviewed, I've had finance from various other banks and this is literally the first time I've heard that you cannot assist with something like reviewing someone's interest rate!!!!!!! My interest rate currently sits at 14,99%

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE HIGHER UP IN WESBANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
