WESBANK IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had a contract with Wesbank for over a year, vehicle insured by Outsurence. All of a sudden, i get an email from Wesbank telling me to provide proof of insurance - after a year??!!! I go to the outsurence app and i send the proof. Wesbank say they didn't get it - this happens about 5 times. Eventually i go to outsurence and ask them to please send me a proof of insurence which i send to wesbank. In the meantime i have been spending a fortune on airtime. The last lady i spoke to at wesbank, assured me that she had made an attachment on my profile with proof that they FINALLY have the proof that im insured. I wake up this morning to an email from wesbank informing me that they have activated Outstanding debt protection and will be adding a further R196 a month onto my debit order???!!! W T F?????!!!!
