Wesbank is still Messing up my credit score on credit bureaus when the car is paid off over a year

I paid off my car last year February. My Experian shows I missed payments but my debit orders went off on the 25th until it was paid off. Wesbank contacted me in 2024 about an issue and they deducted money off my fnb account. 11k but it still it shows my account wasn't up to date until Feb 2025 when the last debit order for the finance ran. Which was the actual end date. And till today even though the car is settled I have the papers Wesbank has been the cause of my credit score going from 670 - 612 this year alone when my account is settled. I cannot get a car at a good interest rate because you guys are messing up my credit score. FIX IT!.
