WesBank Is really just passing the buck, they are very bad dont go there.

I have a car-loan at Wesbank, and I have recently paid it off, but I could not get a settlement letter, so I estimated the amount, I did this wrong and I overpaid. Now I have been trying to get hold of them, but the call-center just keeps on transferring me from person to person and no one there has a clew. And I just want some one there to let me know what is going on.

They are quick to let you know when you ow them money but wen its the other way round they are no where to be found. This has been a month now, and its just not acceptable.
