WESBANK IS PATHETIC !!!!!!!!

Good day I would like to log a complaint on poor service I have received from Wesbank. I am really not impressed! On the 12th of April 2020 I app**** for debit relief due to a salary cut I received from the COVID 19 pandemic. After several follow ups on weeks ahead I received NO feedback from Wesbank, despite various phone calls. On the 26th of April my debit order went off. I was highly annoyed and my account went into arrears – 1ST ISSUE I HAVE! = BAD CREDIT RATING !!! None the less I managed to speak to one of your call centre agents on the 29th of April – Mongezi Mbokane - which I was the told he could assist. Mongie then said that my relief has been approved and he will then go through the terms and conditions – please see attached documentation from Mongie for the recording etc. Mongie explained that instead of my cars payment ending in September it will now end in December. I agreed to those terms. Mongie even managed to get a refund on the amount that was taken off my account in April. In May my debit order didn’t go off – THANK YOU! However I notice on my FNB banking that my car was in arrears. I didn’t think much of it . Then again in June the same thing except now My account is showing two months in arrears 2nd ISSUE I HAVE! = BAD CREDIT RATING !!! I then got an SMS from Wesbank stating that my account is in arrears and I need to make payment wise further action will be taken against me. So I called into Wesbank and I spoke to a lady where I was told no my account has been flagged for debit relief it must be the automated sms system that was never deactivated I should ignore it. So July comes along and now my account is showing a negative of 3 months – according to my statement I received on Sunday the 12th of July. So AGAIN I make a phone call to your call center (Monday the 13th of July) and speak to a lovely professional lady by the name of Tasneem Jeppe she said to my account is in arrears but it looks as if the COVID relief wasn’t auctioned properly and asked for the documentation Mongie sent me. Once sending this off to her she advise me that the recording needed to be done again. So Tasneem then called me back and did the recording of which she then told me she is going to back date the relief. However one thing I am not happy about is that I was told my premiums are going to increase because of the interest incurred something that was never explained to me!!! I then finished with Tasneem and the next day I got a DEBI CHECK on my banking of which I had to accept. I was happy to do so until I saw that the max amount on the debi check was half the amount of the arrears amount. Again I made contact with Tasneem on Wednesday afternoon, of which I was then explained that the max amount is a stand measure. I was also explained that I have two choices… one choice Wesbank cancel the relief and I pay the arrears amount (Because I am rolling in money from the COVID pandemic) or I pay a significantly higher price on my premium. NOW my question is how is this possible !!!???? I owe 16K on my car which is really nothing AND the interest is all paid up – yes I got a settlement letter and the amount that is outstanding is the same as the settlement amount. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW my payments will increase significantly ?! 3rd ISSUE I HAVE! = BAD CREDIT RATING !!! So not hearing anything from Tasneem (in her defence she was going to take a few days to investigate) I called your call center and I asked to speak to a manager because while WESBANK are dragging their feet I could potentially have my car repossessed because of this arrears amount. I spoke to a an agent and I was told that I would get a call from a Sky van Niekerk before the end of business today 16th of July…. I HAVE STILL NOT GOT MY PHONE CALL 4TH ISSUE I HAVE!
