Wesbank is inconsiderate and unhelpful

<p>My brother had Vehicle Finance with Wesbank for his VW Polo Vivo, unfortunately he passed away in November 2015. His estate is under my mother. My mother decided to keep the vehicle so she was given an option to settle the vehicle or re-finance it. We got in touch with a guy Marco Catanho (Specialised Legal Collections) who to assist my mother with this matter. In January 2016 my mother deposited an amount of R20000 which Wesbank acknowlegdes to have recieved, in March she deposited an amount of R25000 with respect to the vehicle. We have contacted Wesbank on numeruous occasions trying to obtain the settlement value of the vehicle so that we can put this behind us but no one gives us a straight answer. This matter has caused tremendous strain and unnecessary stress on my mother. This woman has just lost her son and should not have to go through this.</p>
