WesBank is heartless

A few months ago I paid R100 000 into my account and this ensured that I am in credit and not arrears, Covid hit and I found myself behind on my home loan, I then make contact with Wesbank to try get R30 000 out of the credit I have to try secure my house, I get contacted by Reza Alexander whom I have to always run after just to get feedback, this person would literally make me feel like I didn't matter and the fact that my kids and I were going to be homeless, this person just didn't care at all, their response or the lack of urgency when dealing with my query, their rude replies whenever I asked questions, I emailed yet again reminding this Reza Alexander person that today is the 8th and in 2 days I will be homeless if they don't pay out the R 30 000 I requested from my credit, this is MY money that I chose to pay ahead and I am not askies Wesbank to loan me their money, so now Wesbank would rather see my kids and I homeless and not let me take out from MY money??? This is an emergency for crying out loud, I am not trying to withdraw this money to go buy shoes, I need it to ensure that my kids and I will not be homeless come the 11th of March 2021

A few minutes after my complaint I received a call from Neo Sithole, her calm voice gave me some form of comfort, I swore so much and all she kept saying was that she completely understands my frustration, after swearing like a mad sailor I burst into tears, she afforded me the chance to let it all out, still she kept comforting me, I right this here now with the money that I requested for my home loan paid into my account, it is people like Neo that will ensure the growth of your company because not only is she an employee but also a human being that has a heart unlike that heartless and lazy Reza Alexander, from my kids and I, Neo thank you for helping us secure our home, tonight we will pray and bring you to God and we will ask him to bless you according to all the desires of your heart, l thank you from the bottom of my heart, God bless you to your 7th generation, ka leboga ????????
