Wesbank is Heartless

So this is how Wesbank does things;

After the death of my father, we try to negotiate a reduced settlement on a vehicle financed by Wesbank.

No one cares to meet with us. All they can say is that they want the full outstanding balance, or they will sell a car wort R200k on auction for R75k.

Eventually wer post a record of this on Hellopeter. We swiftly get a response and the very next working day, we get a call and an e-mail stating that they accept our offer, but they request more info to complete the paperwork.

So we send them the info. After all it is just a formality.

Today, they all of a sudden try to retract their acceptance of our offer. Does a contract not become binding at the moment that you accept the offer.

They now want to liquidate my Fathers estate and sell a property that is my mothers only source of income.

They are heartless.
