Wesbank is failling to do their work
I have paid up my debt with them in November 2021and they have sent me a settlement letter ..4 months later they have added me back on credit bureau and they are saying am owing them R18k I have been trying to communicate with the lawyers they have assigned my account to and have sent them the paid up letter and they are not helping...these people are really inconveniencing me as i am trying to build my credit score so that I can buy a house...
