WesBank is Delaying to cancel my vehicle finance with ********!!

I recently bought a car at motor city Pietermaritzburg financed by WesBank. The dealership where I bought the car they over charged me and I want to cancel my vehicle finance from WesBank and when I called the WesBank consultant for cancelation of contract they are taking me back to the dealership of ********,the dealership is causing the delay of terminating the contract. As a first time buyer that dealership took that advantage of over charging me and now I don't trust them anymore more WesBank please come to my rescue and cancel my finance with you so I can return the car to the dealership as in yesterday.
