Wesbank is a disgrace and **** and im stuck with them for 5 years

This Company deserves 0 star, they financed me a car from Rifle Range car sales on the 13 October 2023 same day the car had problems, on the 18 October I logged a complaint with them as there were more issues with the car, WesBank closed my complaint without resolving it. On the 29 of Feb 2024 I took the car back to the garage as it's not what was promised, and they still did not fix the existing faults in the car as previously agreed and the car was in worse condition, yet the garage still refuses to replace the parts they claimed were too expensive. WesBank says they don't get involved which I don't understand because this is their property and when will I get to 72 months while fixing the car every month on top of paying monthly installment? The garage refuses to fix the car, they were even instructing someone to bypass the parts or put a dummy. The bank is aware of all the communications between me and the dealer including the lies involved but they still couldn't assist me. Since when does the bank not get involved? They just finance and rob people? When I saw the negative reviews, I knew that WesBank is the worst and a ****.
