wesbank is a ****

wesbank is a **** , i would never advice anyone to take a product with them i have been their customer for more that 5 years and im not happy at all

1st , repo rate went down with 0.25 basis but there were no adjustments done by wesbank but other banks did adjust

i called for the to explain this i spoke to a lady name Lebo who was very rude and gave me attitude, she said wesbank already set the debit order so change will only take place next month and i asked her why when there was an increase they adjustment happen immediately but on a decrease there are stories she just kept quiet and mind you im the one that called , she had a bad attitude

i have been loyal to this bank for years , i have never skipped a payment but that the treatment i got
