WesBank interest dispute
I asked WesBank for a settlement letter today, They say I owe them more than what my actual statement says, I then asked them for a detailed statement and Wesbank sent it to me, I then see irregularities with my interest charged, some months it is double than the month before, how is that possible, if the amount you owe gets lower, then the interest should also be lower or is this not the case.
