Wesbank, I'm so special!

1 star for making car-buying unpleasant again! Renault advertises a Kwid no deposit, R2 200pm, 6.75 interest, 35% balloon, total cost R215 000. When I want to buy one a deposit is required, interest is 9%, and the car price goes up by R27 000. Why the preferential treatment? It's not an affordability issue as I am offered a deal with service plan for R2900pm (R700 more per month) but why is the car now 12% more expensive? Why does Wesbank not support Renault's advertised deal? I have a car with Wesbank, paid in advance, yet somehow being a customer in good standing is not a plus for future business with Wesbank.
