Wesbank *******ly deducts life insurance premiums
<p>Wesbank deducted R199.64 pm for VAP PREMIUM GROUPLIFE since I took up my vehicle finance with them in April 2013, without my knowledge or authorisation. I only realised this after settling my loan with them in July 2016. When I queried the unauthorised deduction with Wesbank, the response was that since I settle my car finance, all policies attached with to the loan were cancelled. This is not acceptable and very bad service.</p>
Wesbank has promptly resolved my issue. This review / complaint is no longer applicable.
