Wesbank ******* Repossession

My Toyota Aygo which I bought in 2019 at Toyota Queenstown was repossessed in June 2022, I was 9 months to pay the car. I was advanced in payments for more than 5 months. My Toyota Avanza was also taken by Wesbank, I bought it in 2021. I was always on point with my payments until, the company, DebitReview disturbed me for few months. I was visited by Wesbank reps to tell me I was behind in payments , I quickly paid the outstanding amounts of installments. Someone called Teboho Seretse called me telling me they'll fetch the car even after I've paid the outstanding amounts. All happened very fast. Even today I went to the FNB branch in Cradock, they helped me to call Wesbank. A Wesbank rep, Thabile Setswana , told me that he cant explain to me, he said he will only send the statement. Its been months getting the same cold responses and the worst ever service from Wesbank. He told me my cars are already sold. I demand a proper forensic investigation on this as I was ****** and mistreated by Wesbank.
