Wesbank I'll treatment of clients
My wife bought a car with Wesbank. After settling the car she was not given documents that would enable her to change ownership into her name. The car was paid in 2017. Unfortunately my wife died in 2020. I asked Wesbank to issue such documents to me, I submitted all the required information to them in 2020. Up to the time of writing Wesbank has not furnished me with the documents.
I am frustrated, I cannot change the ownership of the car into my name. The car is still owned by Wesbank despite the fact that it has been settled.
Since 2020 I have been failing to get the cooperation of Wesbank. They asked me to pay R440.00 for the service but they did not render that service.
My name is Mogashoa MP. My wife's name is Mogashoa MG.
The car in question is Hyundai Sonata.
