Wesbank "how we refuse to help you"

In November 2020 I was sold a deffective car by a dealership. Wesbank financed the deal. 3 weeks into driving the car, it presented with braking problems, a safety critical item on a car. I afforded the dealership the opportunity to repair the parts. Within 3000kms the car presented with more braking problems. Again i afforded the dealership the opportunity to replace the deffective parts.

On the third or fourth failed attempt at repairing the DEFFECTIVE car on March 10th 2021 i contacted Wesbank for assistance in cancelling the deal.

Since then wesbank has been seemingly nonchalant in assiting me "their client" in finding a resolution to the matter. Wesbank has left me "their client" to take on a giant corporation for a vehicle we both have a vested interest in. Yet wesbank gladly takes their installement and insists that installments are kept up to date while i am left with a broken car.

So much for "how can we help you". More like how can we get your money with giving two hoots.
