Wesbank has the Worst Customer Care
Wesbank has the worst customer care. I have been waiting for my Natis Certificate and other documents since Decemver 2019 without success. I have been calling them for the past two weeks and they are good at making empty promises that I will receive my documents. I regret that I have been using them to buy cars. Never again!
