Wesbank has no moral code

This is now the fourth time I am requesting Wesbank to intervene on a vehicle (motorbike) I bought though them from a dealership (The Big Eazy Custom Bikes) (which means this vehicle is still theirs and their liability until I paid it off) and the dealership is clearly in the wrong relative to the CPA 68 law of 2008. The dealership even accepted fault. The last was the dealership WILL have the motorbike ready by this Friday. Now the story is changing again. It is now almost a year and once again this dealership (Big Eazy Custom Bikes) is sweet talking Wesbank. I asked Wesbank to help me with this issue and once AGAIN they are kind to the dealership and less so with me. Wesbank went to visit the dealership and I warned them that Johann is skilled at deflection. Wesbank (Riaan Bhawanideen) agreed that a year was too long for this repair. He said he is meeting Tuesday with Wesbank internal stakeholders. So, this morning I request an update and guess what, it seems I am hearing an echo from the previous issue with Wesbank. They are once again saying I must afford the dealership more time. It has been a year!!! Wesbank has been quiet ever since. Riaan, who was my contact person, now has decided not to talk to me. They get rookies to send me emails. I have yet to find a person at Wesbank that can have a mature conversation with me, not laugh in my face when they knowingly will not do anything to help me.
