Wesbank Harris Customers For Insurance

I just find it incredibly frustrating that Wesbank keeps on harassing you for proof of insurance cover on your vehicle. They claim they have tried to phone me several times, which they probably did, Although they assume you are always on standby to answer their dam calls. They send me a mail giving me the option to upload my insurance details online, which I did, but they still harass me and now they want to take out cover on my behalf because they now assume I am in breach of my credit agreement. Not sure if it is arrogance or incompetence. Maybe a bit of both.
