Wesbank handing people over to Credit Bureau when accounts are up to date

I bought an Audi A3. Been paying every month for 13 months straight, to this day not one payment was missed, nor any other payments was missed for the years I have been with FNB and WesBank.

This morning I wake up to a letter saying I have 20 days noticed before they hand me over to the Credit Bureau for poorly maintaining my account payments.

This just so stressful and upsetting that they did this without any notice or phone calls.

In all honesty I can’t miss any payments and it’s all debit ordered so now I don’t even know what’s changed or what payment they referring to.
