Wesbank **********! violates CPA

27 March, I get a call from a person, identifying himself as a Wesbank representative, with whom I have financed my vehicle. He sells me a Warranty Booster (claiming to be underwritten by Regent), making it clear that I can cancel within 30 days, at no cost, if I am not happy with the policy and that he will e-mail the policy documents immediately. I did not receive the documents, all I received was an sms from Liquid Capital saying the Booster is activated.Called Wesbank on 30 March to cancel, but Wesbank claimed to not know anything about this policy, and referred me to Liquid Capital. Liquid Capital denied knowing, referred me to SA Warranties. On 7 April, viola, Wesbank increases my capital outstanding by about R6000. I call to cancel this Warranty that they \now"know of. Am told it has been cancelled. I have been checking everyday"
