Wesbank ********** Repossession of Late/Deseased Estaes

My Father Passed on in November 2016, While He had three vehicles that were being Financed through Wesbank. Immediately after my Father's Funeral, We Reported to Wesbank that the Estate holder had passed on, and since my late Father's Estate was Frozen by the High Court including his Bank accounts, which are under FNB (Wesbank's Sister Company), We will not be able to Settle his Vehicles outstanding balances on the vehicles until the High Court unfreezes Deceased Estate's Bank Accounts and Finances from the Employer he died while still working for. I still made sure that two of the Vehicles were settled by Life insurances which covered settlement of the vehicles, however Wesbank still made sure that we still Pay more money over and above the settlement amounts paid from my late Father's life insurances, which we ended up paying to get the settlement documents. However, Wesbank still Tomented and Honted my family until they (Wesbank) recently Repossessed my late Father's VW Crafter on signed terms and conditions that they will keep it in safekeeping until the High Court unfreezes Deceased Estate Bank Accounts (FNB). A month after Wesbank repossessing my Late Father's 90% Paid up VW Crafter, they (Wesbank) Sold it (VW Crafter) after they made my Mother sign terms that they (Wesbank) will keep the VW Crafter in safekeeping until the Deceased Estate is Resolved by the High Court. I personally believe that Wesbank forged a Court Order that they used to Repossesse the Vehicle, because High Court can never contradict itself by Freezing the entire DeSeased Estate, then in turn give Wesbank a Court order to repossess the one of the vehicles included in the Court Case frozen by the High Court.
