Wesbank ***** & no treating customers fairly

In 2016 i app**** for vehicle finance (privately) online for business use and disclosed and submitted correct information, the application was approved and on the final stage when signing online I discovered my information was changed my net was R9500 but the consultant added R5000 extra meaning my net was changed to R15000.....I did not bother to ask why because I was excited, I couldn't wait to get my car and start my business. After sometime the business did not go well. I couldn't pay the car and I tried my best to sell it but failed. I tried to trade it inn, but Wesbank refused and at that time my application with the dealer was approved. I ended up giving back the vehicle to wesbank. now i have a R40900 shortfall to pay, Ive been writing to wesbank asking them to withdraw this shortfall, but they refuse and refered me to ombud. I want Wesbank to be fined for ***** and not following the fit and proper requirements as much as I'm at fault for not reporting the matter , Wesbank is also at fault ,How many clients go through the same problem even worse I had a right to trade my car as your client but you refused, and you want to get away with ******? You **********ly change clients finance details & when the client is in trouble because of your doing , you want to get away. cancel the shortfall immediately otherwise I'm taking this further.
