WESBANK *****

Wesbank Commits ***** and refuse to correct their finance which is an agreement with General Motors SA and all Opel Dealers and the client which has financed a car with a defect for the value of the car with no defect, this means that the finance amount is wrong and can not be as a new car value is, it is the value of the defected car which is not even allowed to be financed as a New Car. Please Wesbank Proof has been send why dont you respond to correct? This is what has been sent to the Representative of Wesbank: ""The matter was with the ombudsman of Insurance, whom had ordered with agreement that the car should be replaced, if you wish to mention the ombudsman, the motor industry ombudsman refused to deal with the matter as it was said that the Insurance ombudsman is to deal with the matter, with regards to if or not Wesbank knew of this is a sure YES, they knew, and the fact that Wesbank took possession of the car is not for me to say they may as I would state that the Insurer Ombudsman instructed a replacement, therefore it is the responsibility of Wesbank now to provide the vehicle to Discovery Insurer and not to disobey the instructions of the Insurer Ombudsman.

The fact that there was an engine defect is also a question why Wesbank finance a Car with a lower value due to the defect, I had forwarded these information to you already and you can therefore not state that Wesbank is not aware of the defect. I shall forward this again. I also forwarded the General Motors Agreement on the Warrantee., if you did not receive that I shall forward it again. You nor Wesbank can therefore not say that Wesbank did not know. As I stated in a previous email, Wesbank has an agreement with General Motors and my account was accordingly both is mutually liable inclusive of the Dealer. To my oppinion the Insurance Ombudsman is correct to state replacement, therefore replacement should have been 20 October 2015 and the account should have been changed with a new vehicle or an account should have been opened on the replaced vehicle, therefore my payments was up to date and therefore the Insurance Ombudsman instructed such replacement, wherefore I now had been de*****ed by Wesbank with falsified information of me owing Wesbank. Kindly take note that I should be assisted to the correction Wesbank is to make regarding the replacement and the account should have been cleared and not in an arrears as it reflected. Wesbank by itself can not overrule the Insurance Ombudsman as the Insurance Ombudsman has not been respected nor summonced by Wesbank to cancel such agreement and I should have been in this cancellation. The Ombudsman Insurance acted on Wesbank and Consumer agreement Act that if a car is damaged it be replaced by Insurance before 6 months as it looses its value. Even worst of all I claim that the car already losts its value before I bought it, and i shall finally allow Discovery to pay this amount due to Wesbank and then assist them to claim against Wesbank the ***** Wesbank and General Motors does to them as Insurer and myself as client, insisting on a de-apreciated value of the car asof the start due to defect. I forwarded you the info, it appears you do not have that and I therefore will send it again.

Kindly assure and work with Discovery Insurance to provide the Car to them as Wesbank by way of ***** removed the car form the Dealer which is not my problem, but Wesbanks *****. I will surely publish this again to Hello Peter as Wesbank realy is not doing what they should be doing. And I shall publish the Warrantee and the defect also for all to see. It is realy not a question if it is 4 years back as you mentioned, it just proofed that is how Wesbank treat their clients. Just to explain if your kettle newly bought at Shoprite is out of order you change it or get a refund, now would Wesbank not refund or made an effort of changing""

I asked Ombudsman Banking to see what the ombudsman Insurer said, to replace the wesbank car.  Till today wesbank refuse to Obey Insurer Ombudsman instruction and Discovery Insurer's agreement to replace, my damages is getting more bigger than ever, instead of the Wesbank just correct their mistake but they continiue to refuse and continiue to do damages to me not replacing this car.
