Wesbank Financing - Unfairly treated
I surrendered my vehicle 2 years ago because I ran into some unfortunate financial issues, rather than have the car be repossessed I surrendered it and paid the outstanding amount in full. During the time of my financial problems neither FNB nor Wesbank was willing to give me any sort of payment holiday (even though I am a customer for almost 20 years now). I am now again in a position to purchase a vehicle but I am being denied at all the banks, my credit rating with transunion is "very good" and all my accounts are in good standing. Please can someone at wesbank review my application.

02 Jun 2020, 16:57I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call a couple of minutes after i logged the complaint on the hellopeter website, but again as my previous experience with wesbank/fnb they seem not to really want to help. I have requested an update from the consultant since Monday 2020/06/04 only to receive a mail stating that the consultant does not work over the weekend and that the person had loadshedding issues on Monday, i was hoping to have some sort of feedback today but again Wesbank does not seem to want to assist me at all, although i've been with the FNB group for 20 years now, they seen uninterested to assist me.

02 Jun 2020, 19:35Received feedback and apparently i don't meet the "lending criteria" , I have a excellent credit rating with all the major credit rating institutions, and my lending amount is only a 1/4 of my salary, I feel like i am being victimized because I made the correct choice in surrendering my vehicle early instead of it being repossessed. I hope people read this review and think twice before doing business with Wesbank or FNB in general.
