Wesbank financing & add-ons: STAY FAR AWAY

I purchased a service plan one year ago for my vehicle trough Wesbank for 50 000 KM's which cost me R 40 000. I have only used one of these services, a service which totaled roughly R 4500. Now I am looking to cancel this service plan as I am looking to sell this vehicle, and the only refund I get for the service plan is around R 10 000. Why do these banks continue to **** us? Why does it feel like we are constantly having to be on the lookout for ****s like this in SA and when you try and communicate with the banks they treat you as if you are unimportant.

After they take your money, they don't give a ****. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone that is able to provide any assistance with anything.

I will never finance a vehicle & purchase any additional products through Wesbank again.
