Wesbank financed a car that was possibly in accident
Hello. I wrote the below email about a week ago and to date I have not received any feedback including a confirmation of my other account settlement which still reflects a payable amount but a settlem fee was paid. ‐-------------------- Good Day
I am Mandlakayise Radebe, a client of Wesbank account number ***.
I recently bought a Haval Jolion 1.5 which was financed by Wesbank and delivered on the 21 January 2022 from a dealer Auto Investment based in Rustenburg. Yesterday I took the car for a 30 000km service and they had picked up that the car may have been involved in a major accident as some of the front parts were loss. They have also picked up that the car may have been repainted.
Part of the report was that this may risk my warranty on the car because of this. My concern is that the dealer who is Auto Investment based in Rustenburg did not disclose that the car was in an accident and that I may have more complications as time goes on. There is a tyre warning alert which Haval suspect it maybe from the accident. There is a finder liner and front spoiler which are missing and the explanation is that on the way to deliver the car they bumped a bird, which I do not believe anymore.
I therefore request your urgent recourse and advice as I do not feel comfortable with this deal. This is a long commitment and I need to honestly know the true condition of the car.
Looking forward to your urgent response.
