Wesbank Finance collaborate with Vehicle Branded Financial Institutions

I recently app**** for vehicle finance through the FNB / Wesbank website, which was approved. I am now in possession of the vehicle, but the vehicle loan is not reflecting in my online banking profile.

I have now found out from Wesbank that since the contract was redirected to VW Financial Services, I will not see the vehicle loan in my FNB portfolio, nor will I benefit from e-bucks. I was under the impression that VW Financial Services was under FNB / Wesbank and just branded differently.

I had not shopped around for better interest rates, as I wanted to have a single portfolio with all my financial records.Furthermore, I wanted to take advantage of FNB's e-bucks rewards program that promotes it's vehicle finance products.

I am extremely disappointed if this is actually the case, as there appears to be no benefit of me applying for the loan through FNB / Wesbank.
