Wesbank finance application

<p>I have been an FNB client for years (from the time I opened a BOB T account). This is the first time I require FNB/WESBANK’s service regarding vehicle finance. It has been over two days and no progress regarding my application. We (the dealership and myself) have received excuses that their systems were down.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also, whenI contacted the customer service department I was put on hold, few minutes later the call gets cut.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have obtained finance approval from ABSA,MFC, and Standard bank but still waiting on “my” bank –FNB, to think they would assist with giving me a good interest rates..I used to brag about FNB to friends, but little did I know that there service is lacking.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
