I find it very interesting that you will be handed over for being 1 month in arrears. Really....even being threatend to accept their terms to catch up with your arrears. If i recall finance terms, an account can be handed over for collection after being in arrears for 3 months and if you have not made any arrangements. Really Wesbank.....is this what we are facing now.......?
